The Frattali family has been producing olive oil in Italy for generations. Today, our family’s traditions are proudly being carried on here, in Australia.

Each year, our olives are processed onsite within 24 hours of harvesting to preserve the natural flavour of the fruit and to ensure the quality of the olive oil being extracted.

Frattali Olive Oil is 100% pure cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. It is Kosher and is certified as Kosher-Pareve for Passover and year round use.
